I just love the human spirit. I come alive connecting one human spirit to another. I see and sense people beyond and beneath the personality. As essence. Its a gift.
As far as I can remember, even as a little girl, I've always the VASTNESS, the DEPTH, the MAGIC, the JOY of that spirit within. On the outside, though, I got conditioned to show up small.
Yet I ticked many right boxes and was on a successful career path yet within I felt increasingly empty. The incongruence of so called success and recognition on the outside and feeling it stir nothing, nada, empty on the inside, both bored and unsetteld my spirit.
Over the years, that constant conflict between who I knew I was and who I showed up as became hard to contain and bear for me. It moved me to look within, to question, to get to know and to unleash and live lead and create from that VASTNESS. Live life of aligned inner and outer worlds created from the inside out. What started as my personal journey of discovery and unfolding of feeling unfulfilled, serendiptiously led me to the world of coaching.
Professional Bio
Started my career at the age of 17 in the family business alongside University, in Financial Planning & Analysis. My most favourite part was working in different departments along the value chain. The leader of the busniess, my father remains my biggest inspiration. A human leader. An aligned leader. Who he was as a leader was who he was as a human at his core.
15 years of corporate work experience in varied leading roles across medium and multinational global organizations in India and Germany. Areas of expertise include business process engineering and optimization, Project Management in Supply Chain, Reverse Supply Chain Management, 3PL Management, Logistics, Warehousing and Forwarding, SAP R/3, Lean Six Sigma, leading global cross functional project teams and senior and C-suite members. Love for inspiring people, getting them onboard and excited about a shared vision.
